Master of Science in Nuclear Engineering

Core Group

The joint Master of Science in Nuclear Engineering program is conducted under the supervision of a Core Group, composed of an equal number of professors from EPFL and ETH Zurich. In addition, there will be 2-4 core group members from outside the universities, including the head of the Nuclear Energy and Safety (NES) department at the Paul Scherrer Institute and the president of swissnuclear. Decisions on academic matters will be taken jointly by the professors constituting the Core Group, an equal number of votes being allotted to each of the two universities in case the decision is not unanimous.
